The Center of Mosque Studies - Last week, due to a breakage of the Ghadir water pipeline network that supplied part of drinking water to the cities of Khorramshahr, Abadan and adjacent areas; besides the increasing saltiness of the river Karoon—which constitutes another part of the water supply of these areas—the people of Khorramshahr and Abadan faced serious problems with their drinking water.
Following this issue, Hujjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Moussavi Fard, the Friday prayers leader (Imam) of Khorramshahr, presented himself beside workers who were fixing the Ghadir pipeline system of Karkheh River in the city of Hoveyzeh. For accelerating the task, he had the pipes welded, and endeavoured, while being present in the area, for solving the problem of drinking water of the locals.
After learning about his efforts, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution issued a message, wherein he thanked Hujjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Moussavi Fard.
